The ultimate digital portal for your business. Read through this manual to understand how to fully harness the platform for management, seamless communication, and seamless business administration.

1. Getting Started

TurboTextGH is designed to provide businesses with a unified, secure platform for all administrative operations. To begin, administrators must create an account and await verification. Once verified, you will be granted access to the Dashboard where you can establish your digital presence.

Note: SMS functionality requires an approved Sender ID which will be assigned by our team shortly after registration.

2. Dashboard Overview

The Overview tab is your real-time performance hub. It provides a snapshots of your account health:

  • Key Metrics: Monitor your SMS Units, Total Messages Sent, Contact count, Groups, Templates, and current Plan.
  • Live Stats: All figures use compact formatting (e.g., 1.5k) for easy readability and update instantly as you work.
  • Activity Feed: Review your most recent Broadcast and Direct Message campaigns at a glance.

3. Contact Management

Organize your audience with ease using our flexible contact tools.

Individual Entry

Add contacts manually by entering their Full Name and 10-digit Phone Number. Every contact must be assigned to a Group.

Bulk Import

Upload large lists via CSV or TXT files. The system validates numbers and skips duplicates automatically. CSV files should have name and phone columns.

Group Segmentation

Create groups (e.g., "Regular Customers", "Staff", "VIPs") to target specific segments of your audience during broadcasts.

4. SMS Communication

Deliver messages instantly with enterprise-grade reliability and AI-powered tools.

Broadcasts

Send personalized messages to entire groups. Use tags like {firstname} to make every message feel personal.

Direct Messaging

Send a quick, one-to-one message to any number. Perfect for urgent notifications or customer support.

AI Message Refinement

Use the Refine Message button to have our AI optimize your grammar, tone, and professional appeal before you hit send.

5. Message Templates

Save time by creating reusable templates for your most common communications.

  • Reusable Logic: Save up to 10 templates (including your auto-welcome message).
  • Personalization: Just like broadcasts, templates support dynamic tags.
  • Instant Load: Quickly pull saved templates into your Broadcast or Direct Message forms.

6. Purchasing Units

Maintain your communication flow by topping up your balance securely via Paystack.

  • Predefined Plans: Choose from Basic, Pro, or Business plans for a quick top-up.
  • Custom Top-Ups: Enter any amount of units (minimum 10) to get a real-time price estimate and pay exactly what you need.
  • Instant Credit: Once payment is complete, units are added to your balance automatically.

7. Welcome Automation

Turn on "Set & Forget" messaging to greet your new contacts the moment they are added.

Setting up the Greeting

In the Account tab, you can add a Welcome SMS. This message is saved as a special template named AutoWelcomeMessage.

  • Enable/Disable: Use the toggle in your Account settings to start or stop the auto-greeting.
  • Edit/Delete: You can modify or remove the greeting at any time.
  • Global Control: Once enabled, the greeting is sent for every new contact added individually or via file upload.
