1. Getting Started

TurboTextGH provides organizations with a enterprise-grade bulk SMS platform. To begin, create a free account using your phone number or email address.

Sender ID Approval: SMS broadcasts are sent using a custom registered Sender ID assigned by our delivery routing team upon account verification.

2. Dashboard Overview

The unified dashboard gives you real-time visibility into your messaging metrics and account performance:

  • Live Unit Balance: Real-time available SMS unit counter displayed in the top header.
  • Key Performance Indicators: Track Total Sent Messages, Active Contacts, Custom Groups, Templates, and active plan level.
  • Activity History: Review recent message dispatch logs, broadcast delivery statuses, and unit consumption history.

Add contacts individually by specifying their Full Name, 10-digit Ghana Phone Number, and assigning them to a target Group.

Bulk File Import

Upload contacts directly from CSV or TXT files. The import parser automatically skips duplicate entries and validates phone numbers.

Smart Personalization & Cancellation

Direct scheduled messages automatically resolve {firstname}, {lastname}, and {fullname} tags. You can cancel pending schedules at any time with immediate unit refunds.

7-Day Retention: Completed and cancelled message records are retained in your Scheduled history for 7 days before automated cleanup via Firestore TTL.
